1.cooling- the cooling is very important. the
cooling keeps the computer at a low temp,so that the
computer will not overheat and shut down.
there are two kinds of cooling water, and fan cooling.
water cooling is when tubes going throughout the computer
carry chilled water to keep the computer and all of it's
parts cool.fand cooling is when there are fans pushing
warm air out of the computer and bringing cooli are in.
water cooling is the best way to keep your computer cool.
operating sysytem- the operating system is the starting software, that
makes the computer user friendly.the operating system is the basis of the computer
that is what accesses all of the files. the operating system is the
first thing you see when you turn on your computer. the operating system
is basically what ties everything togeather in the computer. it uses all of the parts
to do different things like access the internet,or music files. it also stores all
of its program files on the hard drive. the operating system is how the user uses
the computer.
hard drive- the hard drive is basically a big disk in a
metal case in the computer that stores all of the computer's files on it.
the hard drive stores saved files, program files, and any other files on a computer
that you could ever thing of. the operating system all so
uses space for its files to run the computer on the hard drive.
without a hard drive a computer would not run.
2. I could use the problems i have run in to and
the solutions i come up with to build a computer of my own in the future.
I learned from the mistakes i made while building the computer in class.
3. the biggest challenge i overcame was puting an
operating system on the computer that runs well. i had
trouble at first but then eventually figured it out.
4.The most important thing i learned from this class was how to build a working
computer, that is the reason i took this class because i wanted
to learn how to build my own.
5.I wish i learned a better way to hook up the power supply,
because i had some trouble with that.
